Have you ever agreed to something because it felt easier than disappointing someone? Said yes when you weren't sure? Struggled to tell the difference between what you wanted and what you thought you were supposed to want?
Join us as we explore how people pleasing, trauma responses, and social conditioning can shape the way we experience consent. We'll unpack the difference between choice and compliance, learn to recognize common signs of people pleasing, and build practical skills for setting boundaries, identifying our own desires, and making decisions that feel more authentic. Through education, discussion, and reflection, we hope you walk away with a better understanding of what consent looks like when it comes from self-trust instead of self-sacrifice.
