Description: This course is our beginner level 1 course. In this 4- class course you will learn the basics of negotiations, anatomy and physiology for rope safety, tension, frictions, and use it all to build a 2-rope, suspension worthy, Takate Kote. 

Basic Price includes the following: All 4 Classes, Basic WRAPPED Membership for each person, and entry into all Thursday Open Labs following the Monday's class
